Guards
Since the success of any security organization depends on the caliber of its security guards on the ground, a lot of premium is given to our guards. Thus, at recruitment, emphasis is placed on personal intelligence, physical built and experience.
Thus, our ground guards, who include duty supervisors, coordinating supervisors, patrol supervisors and superintendents must have a minimum qualification of West African school Certificate and/ or a first degree in relevant disciple, depending on the cadre and needs of individual company.
Since the business of security is a very dynamic one, our guards undergo regular courses in physical and mental alertness, new approach in prevention and detection of crime and the use of safety gadgets.
Our company guarantees the assiduousness to duty and honesty of our guard because of the kind of bond and guarantees between our company and its guards.
Guarantors to our security guards are usually men of impeccable character who have valuable landed property and agree to endorse the tripartite agreement between the Fountain Guards Ltd. security, the guard and the guarantor.
Uniform
To ensure proper identification and give authority to their actions, our security Guards are required to appear in the company's approved uniform while on duty. The patrol supervisor is mandated to enforce the dressing code.
